This illegal access was discovered and blocked by our security system. The incident was reported to the Spanish Data Protection Authority.

In light of the current Ukrainian situation, operations at Lviv Plant in Lviv city, part of our group Fujikura Automotive Europe located in the country, are currently suspended from the perspective of ensuring the safety of our employees.

More than a year has passed since the unfortunate fire incident suffered at Tangier1 plant (Morocco – 30th May 2020), which affected the production activity of wiring-harness and injection components (IMS). The most affected area was the Injection area, where the building's structure was completely demolished and the production machinery was destroyed.
Thanks to collaborative work of all FAE departments like Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, IT, HR, Operations, the company has successfully passed all customs audits and has become AEO certified in Customs simplifications and Security and Safety, the AEOF Authorization, the highest AEO authorization.
Pursuant to article 319 of Spanish Companies Act, it is hereby published that the Sole Shareholder of Fujikura Automotive Europe, S.A.U. (hereinafter, the Company), through Ordinary Shareholders Meeting dated September 30, 2020, after offsetting losses against reserves, took the decision to reduce the share capital of the Company and the subsequent amendment of article 7 of the Articles of Association. The European Data Protection Board has approved the Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) presented by FAE
Fujikura Automotive Europe has received the honor to be the first Company to have it's Binding Corporate Rules (BCR) approved by the European Data Protection Board with the mediation of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
BCRs are the data protection policies established by the responsible of the treatment of said data to carry out international data transfers within the same group of companies between differente countries.
Fujikura Automotive Europe (FAE) Tangier plant in the Kingdom of Morocco suffered a fire outbreak, in the evening of May 30th. We have already confirmed that the fire was extinguished.

The office of FUJIKURA AUTOMOTIVE EUROPE SAU, previously located in the Industrial Park of La Puebla de Alfinden, moved in November 2017 to the facilities that were built for the Expo 2008, Zaragoza International Exposition, which have been converted into a business park.
The company has also moved its business and fiscal address to this new address.
